PARTMENT 4 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged is the price applicable at the time the order is placed, as stated in the confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account details for all purchases and to update them in a timely manner as needed. SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. As soon as we hand over the products to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

PART 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period via:

After this notification, you have 14 days to return the product. SECTION 6.1 – Information regarding the return

Upon return, the customer is requested to provide the following information:

PART 7 – CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT

You may inspect and test the product as you would in a physical store. The product must be returned in good condition, with all accessories if possible and, if possible, in the original packaging.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, we may apply a reduction in value.

PART 8 – SEALED PRODUCTS

For hygiene and health reasons, certain products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken. This applies to, among others:

- Sealed fragrance products (e.g., car air fresheners)
- Other products whose seal has been broken for hygienic reasons

PART 9 – RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via contact@myshqipe.com or via the online form
2. State your order number, the reason for the return, and the condition of the product
3. You will receive instructions for returning the product

The product must be returned to the return address provided by us.

PART 10 – RETURN COSTS

The direct costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

PART 11 – REFUND

Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will refund you within 14 days, unless we have not yet received the product and you have not yet provided proof of return. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

PART 12 – EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons once the seal has been broken
- Digital products or downloads where delivery has already commenced with the consumer's consent

PART 13 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we recommend reporting this as soon as possible with photos so that we can offer a suitable solution. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights (2 years in accordance with EU law).

Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, video, and audio, are the property of mySHQIPE.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
