Art. 1: Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of the product without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period via:

After this notification, you have 14 days to return the product.

Art. 1.1: Information to be included with the return
Upon a return, the customer is requested to share the following information with the seller:

Order number.

Reason for the return (optional).

Condition of the product (opened, used, or unopened).

Art. 2: Condition of the product
You may inspect and test the product as you would in a physical store.

The product must be returned:

in good condition;

if possible with all accessories;

if possible in the original packaging.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, we may apply a reduction in value.

Art. 3: Sealed products
For hygienic reasons and from the perspective of health protection, certain products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

This applies to, among others:

sealed fragrance products (e.g., car air fresheners);

other products whose seal has been broken for hygienic reasons.

Art. 4: Return procedure

To initiate a return:

Contact us via contact@myshqipe.com or via the online form.

State your order number, the reason for the return, and the condition of the product.

You will receive instructions for returning the product.

The product must be returned to the return address provided by us.

Art. 5: Return costs
The direct costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Art. 6: Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be processed within 14 days after we have received the returned product or after you have provided proof of shipment.

Art. 7: Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

personalized or custom-made products;

sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons once the seal has been broken;

digital products or downloads whose delivery has already commenced with the express consent of the consumer.

Art. 8: Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we recommend reporting the damage within 48 hours with photos of the problem, so that we can offer a suitable solution.
